This Terms of Service applies to the application known as air™. air™ will be referred as “The App”. Policies and Procedures Hours of Operation

  • * The App’s office is open Monday – Friday 9a.m. – 9p.m. GMT These policies and procedures apply to all products and/or services from: air™ App and air Website ( www.airtm.app ) air™ Professional, Expert, Innovators, Genuis, Enterprise
  • * You can purchase either air™ any package at your first purchase and if we wish to upgrade or downgrade please raise a ticket with our support team www.bespokeonhold.com Returns
  • * All refunds will be processed within 7 days.
  • * Customers must contact our support department with their order information to request a refund.
  • * 100% money back guarantee covers price of product only.
  • * You have fourteen (14) Days from the date of the original purchase to return the product to receive your refund. Any return received after the fourteen (14) day timescale will not be processed.
  • * If we receive excessive or repeated refund requests from you, we reserve the right to add you to our “blacklist” to prevent future purchases of our products by you and we reserve the right to refuse your business at our sole discretion for any other reason we deem necessary. We also reserve the right to deny future refunds to you if we feel you are taking advantage of our money back guarantee.
  • Characters Used – Fair Use Policy Your Professional license can generate up to twenty five thousand (25,000) characters per month. If you subscriber to Expert packages, the limit is one hundred and twenty thousand (120,000) characters per month. For the Innovator package the limit is one hundred and eighty seven thousand five hundred (187,500), our Genius package the limit is one million two hundred and fifty thousands (1,250,000) and our Enterprise packages limit is five million (5,000,000). This is a fair use and if you reach the threshold of the maximum number of characters stated above, then your account will be limited until days pass since you will have used all the characters allowance. To be able to keep air™ at a low price, and available for everybody, please try to stick within the limits described above. If you reach the limit, you will simply need to wait until it gets reset automatically.     *You have the ability to allow and receive remuneration from the display of advertisements, premium pro-rata revenues or other substantially similar forms of monetisation in connection with making available your productions on social media or other platforms, such as YouTube, offering such possibility (i.e. monetise). Notwithstanding the above you may not monetise any productions containing music. This means that when making your productions available on such platforms, you may receive a monetization claim from the music provider, and you undertake not to dispute such a claim. If you wish to be able to monetize your productions containing music, please contact the music provider to license the relevant rights.

    This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from this application. We will refer to this application (air™) as the “App”. This privacy policy will explain how our organisation uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website.

    We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the App (including processing your payment information, arranging for delivery or shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to: Communicate with you; When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. We also send relevant offers from our partners (affiliates) from time to time. We also use the info we collect about you on our site for advertising, retargeting, tracking sales, tracking actions across the site, etc…


    Our App contains tracking pixels from Google and Facebook. We do not share your personal information (email, phone number) with anybody. Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the App), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of your jurisdiction.


    When you enter your email or place an order through the App, we will maintain your Contact Information and Order Information for our records and marketing purposes unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
